Safe Sanctuary

Advent United Methodist Church established our Safe Sanctuary Policy for the purpose of demonstrating our total and unwavering commitment to the physical, emotional and spiritual safety of all our children, youth, and vulnerable adults.

This policy states that all who wish to volunteer with youth and children need to submit documentation and undergo training before they may be added to Advent's list of who can volunteer with youth and children. If your name does not appear on this list, you cannot volunteer to work directly with youth or children.

Prayer & Other Online Requests

Communication is essential to Advent. We have created these forms to help us communicate better. If you need to reserve a room, get an announcement in the bulletin, or uplift someone in prayer, just select the form below, fill it out, and submit. Your request will be delivered to the appropriate person.

Prayer and Praise Requests

Submit your requests via this form, to have praises and concerns shared in prayer by the Prayer Team at Advent.

Communication Request

Information to be shared with the congregation maybe submitted to the various editors of the website, eNEWS, bulletin, and newsletter via this form.

Facility Note

Issues or concerns observed around the campus that need to be addressed by our Church Administrator or our Trustees may be shared via this form.

Room Request

This form allows you to request usage of a room on the Advent campus.

Equipment Use Request

To request use of equipment or to specify the setup of a room, please use this form.

Quad / Narthex Display Request

To request use of the quad area outside of the Sanctuary or to place items in the Narthex (entrance to the sanctuary) please use this form.
