Connecting to others through Sunday school each Sunday, helps us develop our faith in the intimacy of small groups. Adults can choose from three Sunday School tracks all ranging in age and class structure and several Sunday School times. The first is our Traditional Classes where all are devoted to Bible study and deepening our spiritual connection to God and each other. The second one is Interwoven. It stands alongside our traditional Sunday school group. Its format is unique, consisting of eight-week terms during which our teachers rotate, allowing participants to enjoy a variety of topics and fresh perspectives.

The Adventurers enjoy some great discussion concerning our faith journey as we seek to apply God's word into our daily lives. We celebrate the joys and help relieve the sorrows as we walk this journey together. We enjoy getting involved with the missions of our church by helping sponsor various activities throughout the year. We also enjoy getting together for fellowship outside of class. Our ages range from late 20s to early 40s. Our class includes couples and a few singles. For the majority of our studies, we rotate teaching responsibilities and enjoy a wide range of curriculum. With a name like Adventurers, we are always interested in a variety of studies that will generate significant, faith forming conversation and encourage us to be disciples in our families and communities.

Gleaners range in age from young to young at heart and we encompass every demographic from singles to couples to families with kids to empty nesters. We share an interest in scripture based study and applying God's work and will to missions outside of class. We share the responsibility to lead discussion each week between those willing. We also enjoy fellowship outside of class though regularly scheduled dinners and other social gatherings.
Group Leader: Ray Hathaway

Our newest 9:55 a.m. group, Passages, is comprised of members new to a Sunday School group setting. We are currently studying "Easter from the Backside" by J. Ellsworth Kalas. We are a "mature" crowd in general...some retired, many travel. We are comprised of couples and singles both. All love to read and learn. We enjoy meeting for coffee and discussion on Sunday mornings at 9:55, and plan on occasional social outings.

Aptly named, the Pathfinders are on a faith journey. Coming from many different backgrounds, we use study guides as a means to foster in depth, frank discussions in a warm, open and caring environment as we make our walk of faith. Our demographic is predominantly couples with children.

Location: Christian Life Center, Room 202
Sojourners is a class for those looking for a diverse group of women on a faith journey who enjoy reading and studying scripture through inspirational books that relate to everyday life issues and experiences. Open discussion and sharing thought, feelings, experiences, and ideas is the format for this small group. Ages range from early 40s to mid 50s with youth and teens at home.
Group Leader: Barbara Smith
Location: Education Building, Room 23
The Young at Hearts are senior adults, who gladly welcome adults regardless of age. We encourage each other to participate by sharing different thoughts, insights, and perspectives. We have accumulated a rich variety of life experiences which enhance our discussions. Our experiences have taught us that we don't have all the answers. As our name implies, we enjoy some laughter and fun as we seek to understand the Scriptures.
Group Leader: Walt Worsham
Location: Education Building, Room 24/25
A relatively new class, Connections, meets immediately following the 9:55 worship service for coffee and conversation followed by study beginning at 11:15. We are just finishing our study of "Parables from the Backside" by J. Ellsworth Kalas and will begin another study by the same author, "Easter from the Backside" right after Easter. Come be a part of this new group!
